He drew Barrier 9 and once the field settled took the lead and won by 4.4 metres in a very fast 1.54.7 . This was .1 of a second outside the track record for the 2150m .
It was a week to remember and all 4 horses advance to the Semi Finals on Saturday August 18 at Bendigo .
